Ilya Cloud

Ilya Cloud is a small set of private, self-hosted services that Ilya Subkhankulov runs for himself and his family. It isn't a commercial product. You can't sign up publicly, and only invited family members can use it.

What it does

• Scheduling (cal.ilya.cloud): a booking page. With the user's permission, it reads their Google Calendar to show when they're free and adds booked meetings to it.
• AI assistant tools (mcp.ilya.cloud): a gateway that connects the user's own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to tools. A family member who chooses to connect their Google account lets their assistant search and read their own Gmail and Google Drive, write email drafts, and view and manage their own Google Calendar events. All of this happens only when the user asks the assistant to do something.

Google user data

Each person connects their own Google account and sees only their own data. Connecting is optional and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is accessed, why, and how it is protected.
